How do I return or exchange a product?

Policy
In order to perform your best, your athletic products need to be just right. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it (in new condition, please). We will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow 48hours from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange completed.

Directions
When returning the item you purchased, please use the Purchase form, which was sent in the box of your original purchase. If you no longer have the Purchase form from your original shipment, print out the online return form from this site and fill in all the required information. If you do not have access to a printer, and are unable to obtain a return form, make sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number and reason for the return or exchange.

Shipping - Domestic We do only ground shipping unless you call us for next day delivery, you will receive your order in 4-9business days. All orders place after 3pm on friday will not be shipped until monday. There is a shipping charge of $19.99 for 3 day and $39.99 for next day shipping.

Shipping - International For international shipping your order could take between 7-21business days depending on your country delivery method. There is a shipping cost of $25.99 Shipping outside the United states of America for 1 pair of shoes, $45.99 for 2 pairs of shoes and $60 for 3pairs of shoes.
